About the artists VIBES, A collective of musicians transcending the French/Swiss border playing a funky set that drifts from HipHop, House, jazzfunk to Drum&Bass. The band consists of DJ Pat Heart on the Decks, Claude Jordan on flute, Cyril Regamey on Percusions and MC JP. EASTBORN (UK Rap Records) and DJ I Cue (Woodchoppa Dojo) from the highlands of Southside-Glasgow with their original UK HipHop stylee. DJ OBELISK (Wesside, Obesebeats, BoarDnLodge), a multi talented man, who is Chamonix's best resident Hip Hop provider/scratch mangalator as well as being a chalet chef and a cool snowboarder. DJ Musty, has been doing the rounds in many London bars for the last 5 years playing his unique style of Latino Jazz House beats and has been present at almost all previous crazyninja parties. DJ VU, a DJ for six years and snowboarding for four. "Both are about freedom, technique and expression. that's why I do them. Whatever genre I'm mixing, I always include the lighter and harder side of that style within my set for variety is the spice of life." Camelia Liparoti is Chamonix's best Xtreme sports photographer. Being an experienced skiier herself, Camelia can accompany riders to some of the most tricky backcountry terrain to capture unique moments of sheer madness ! |
